• Payment card details are handled by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

5. Product Subscriptions and Marketing Preferences

Product Subscriptions

We use your contact, order, and payment-related information to administer your subscription and send messages about billing, shipments, renewals, and cancellation requests.

For monthly subscriptions enrolled under clearly disclosed and expressly accepted minimum-term conditions, the minimum commitment is two paid monthly orders: the initial order and one monthly renewal.

Subject to applicable law, cancellation takes effect after those two required paid orders are completed. You may submit a cancellation request earlier, and we will schedule cancellation after the second required paid order so no third renewal is charged.

To request cancellation, email support@officialbodywise.com. Full subscription terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy and the terms presented when you enroll.

This Privacy Policy does not itself enroll you in a subscription or authorize recurring charges.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the “Unsubscribe” link in those emails. For SMS marketing, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, including replying STOP where supported.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a product subscription. Likewise, canceling a product subscription does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send necessary transactional messages about your orders, payments, subscription, or customer support requests.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Fulfill orders and administer active subscriptions.

• Provide customer support.

• Maintain appropriate transaction and consent records.

• Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

• Prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce valid agreements.

Retention periods vary depending on the information and the purpose for which it is used. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it, subject to legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their security measures.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Correct inaccurate personal information.

Where applicable law requires, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights protected by law.

A privacy deletion request does not automatically cancel a subscription. Please also submit a cancellation request if you wish to stop future renewals. We may retain records required by law or necessary to resolve outstanding transactions.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to individuals under 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact support@officialbodywise.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. International Data Transfers

Our service providers and fulfillment partners may process or store information in countries outside your country of residence.

Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

11. Consent and Privacy Choices

Using our website or viewing this policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to recurring subscription charges or marketing communications where affirmative consent is required.
