We work hard to ensure every order is packaged with care and delivered as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details on processing times, delivery windows, and tracking information.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that during high-volume periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


Fulfillment & Shipping Process

We partner with Zendrop, our trusted fulfillment partner, to ensure quality packaging and efficient delivery.
Here’s how your order is fulfilled:

  1. Once your order is placed, our purchasing team sources your product(s) directly from the factory.

  2. The factory ships the product to one of Zendrop’s warehouses in China.

  3. Our receiving team sorts and verifies the shipment.

  4. Our quality team opens and inspects each package to ensure it meets Body Wise™ standards.

  5. A custom-branded thank-you card is printed and added to your order.

  6. All products are carefully packed together, even if they originate from separate factories.

  7. Our shipping team prints your label and dispatches your order on the next available outbound shipment.

This process ensures every product is quality checked and securely packaged before leaving our facility.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.


Delivery Time

Average delivery time to U.S. customers is 8 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50

  • $2.99 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $50

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking information to update.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, Body Wise™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier-related issues once the package has left our warehouse.

If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking link first. If it shows no movement after several days, contact us at support@officialbodywise.com.


Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and surrounding area (mailroom, porch, etc.).

  2. Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark packages delivered before arrival.

  3. Contact the carrier directly for additional details.

  4. If the package is still missing, email us at support@officialbodywise.com within 7 business days of the delivery date so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@officialbodywise.com.
