At Body Wise™, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and flexible.
Below you’ll find details on one-time purchases, subscription renewals, and how to modify or cancel your orders.
1. Purchase Options
a. One-Time Purchases
When you place a one-time order, you will be charged immediately at checkout.
Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
b. Subscription Purchases
Certain products are available as subscriptions, allowing you to receive automatic refills each billing cycle (for example, every 30 days).
By choosing a subscription plan, you authorize recurring payments to the same payment method used at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
Before each renewal, you’ll receive a confirmation email reminding you of your upcoming charge and shipment.
2. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by:

Contacting our support team at support@officialbodywise.com.
Please submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
If you cancel after your order has already been processed or shipped, it will arrive as your final shipment and no additional charges will be made after that.
3. Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)
If you need to cancel an order after checkout but before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@officialbodywise.com.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, you may be eligible to return it under our Refund Policy.
4. Payment Authorization
By completing a purchase or starting a subscription, you authorize Body Wise™ to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount (including taxes and applicable shipping fees).
For subscriptions, recurring charges will occur automatically on your renewal date unless you cancel in advance.
5. Failed Payments or Account Updates
If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email notification.
We will attempt to process the payment again within 24–48 hours.
If the charge continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until your payment information is updated.
You can update your billing or shipping details anytime by logging into your customer account or contacting us.
6. Customer Support
Our customer support team is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST and responds within 48 hours.
